關於皆有靛素
皆有靛素 INDIVEG，是一個從台灣出發的蔬食農產選品平台。
我們尋找台灣各地的季節農產、地方食材與特色加工品——那些值得被看見、卻不一定容易在海外找到的台灣味，帶到更遠的地方。
好的食物不需要被過度包裝。一個產地、一個季節、一位生產者，就已經足夠。
我們希望做的，不是賣更多東西，而是讓更多人知道台灣有什麼。從台灣，到香港、新加坡、馬來西亞，以及世界各地。
皆有靛素的背後，是一個新加坡女孩與台灣男孩的故事。
新加坡沒有山，也沒有海岸線後的農地。來到台灣之後，她發現這裡有一種日常——菜市場、農會、小農市集，乾淨的食物、清楚的產地。她開始真正認識食物：添加了什麼、沒有添加什麼，什麼叫 Clean Label，什麼叫當季。
我們不承諾每一樣都完美。但我們盡量選得誠實、選得清楚。

INDIVEG is a curated platform for Taiwanese plant-based and farm-sourced foods.
We source seasonal produce, regional ingredients, and artisan products from across Taiwan — the kind that deserve to be known beyond Taiwan's borders.
Good food doesn't need to be over-packaged. A place of origin, a season, a producer — that's already enough.
We're not here to sell more things. We're here to let more people discover what Taiwan has to offer. From Taiwan, to Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and beyond.
Behind INDIVEG is a simple story: a Singaporean girl and a Taiwanese boy.
Singapore has no mountains. No farmland behind a coastline. Moving to Taiwan, she discovered something she hadn't known before — morning markets, farmers' associations, small-farm bazaars. She began to really understand food: what's added, what's not, what Clean Label actually means, and what it feels like to eat in season.
We can't promise every product is perfect. But we try to choose honestly, and choose clearly.
