IndiVeg 禮盒由團隊精心策劃，確保內容多元、當季且優質。每一盒內容依當季食材與供應商備貨而定，實際商品可能與圖片不同。禮盒內容為固定策劃制，讓每位訂閱者都能收到完整的驚喜體驗。IndiVeg 保留以同等價值商品替換之權利，恕不另行通知。
Each IndiVeg box is thoughtfully curated to ensure variety, seasonality, and quality. Contents of each box are determined by seasonal availability and supplier stock; actual items may differ from images shown. Box contents are pre-curated to deliver a complete surprise experience to every subscriber. IndiVeg reserves the right to substitute items of equal value without prior notice.
為確保品質與原味，所有商品均以原廠包裝出貨，恕不更改或拆封。每一盒內均附有中英文內容物說明卡，詳列各品項簡介、食用建議及將食方式，方便您享用。
To preserve product quality and authenticity, all items are shipped in their original manufacturer packaging without repackaging or unpacking. Each box includes a bilingual (Chinese/English) contents card listing each item with a brief description, serving suggestions, and storage instructions.

IndiVeg 訂閱禮盒的精神近似日式「Omakase」——由我們為您精心安排，您不會知道下一盒會收到什麼，但可以安心期待每一盒都是當季、優質、精選。如您對某些食材有過敏反應，我們將盡力協助安排，但由於禮盒內容每盒不同，我們無法完全保證某類食材絕對不會出現。如您有嚴重過敏史，為保障您的安全，請於下單前先與我們確認。
The IndiVeg subscription experience is akin to an Omakase — we curate each box with care and expertise, so you can look forward to something seasonal, quality-driven, and thoughtfully selected each time, without knowing exactly what's inside. If you have allergies to specific ingredients, we will do our best to work around them, but as each box varies, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of any particular ingredient. If you have a severe allergy history, please contact us before ordering to ensure your safety.
植物性食品聲明 / Plant-Based Statement
IndiVeg 精選台灣在地農製品，以植物性食品為主。部分傳統糕餅或醃漬類食品依循百年古法製作，原料中可能含有蛋或奶，此為傳統工藝之正常組成，並非品管疏漏。我們重視原材料之真實性，不以「素食化」為由更改傳統配方。如您堅持嚴格純素，請於下單前聯繫我們確認當盒內容。
IndiVeg curates Taiwanese artisan food products with a plant-forward focus. Some traditional pastries or preserved foods are crafted using century-old recipes that may include eggs or dairy as part of their authentic formulation — this is intentional, not a quality oversight. We respect the integrity of traditional recipes and do not modify them for vegan compliance. If you require strictly vegan products, please contact us before ordering to confirm that box’s contents.
此外，部分供應商之生產設備可能同時處理非素食品，存在交叉污染之風險。IndiVeg 對供應商生產過程中之交叉污染恕不負責。
Additionally, some supplier facilities may also process non-vegan products. IndiVeg is not responsible for cross-contamination at supplier facilities.
清真認證聲明 / Halal Certification Notice
IndiVeg 禮盒內所有商品均未取得清真（Halal）認證。如您有清真飲食認證需求，請於下單前加以考慮。
None of the products in IndiVeg boxes are Halal-certified. If Halal certification is a requirement for you, please consider this carefully before placing an order.
過敏原聲明 / Allergen Notice
IndiVeg 禮盒內容每一盒不同，我們無法事先公佈完整過敏原清單。如您有任何食物過敏史、應過敏反應或特定飲食安全需求，請勿下單，並先聯繫我們得到確認。您的安全是我們最重要的考量。
Each box contains different items and we are unable to provide a complete allergen list in advance. If you have any food allergies, allergic reactions, or specific dietary safety requirements, please do not order without contacting us first. Your safety is our top priority.
保存期限與將食說明 / Shelf Life & Storage
IndiVeg 禮盒內含天然食品，部分品項保存期限較短。收到禮盒後，請依照各品項包裝上標示的將食期限及保存方式將食。IndiVeg 不對因晾置或不當保存造成之腐壞負責。
IndiVeg boxes contain natural food products, some of which have a shorter shelf life. Please consume each item by the best-before date printed on its packaging and store accordingly upon receipt. IndiVeg is not responsible for spoilage resulting from delayed consumption or improper storage.
易碎品說明 / Fragile Items Notice
部分商品（如酥皮糕點、餅乾、脆片類）屬易碎性質，運送過程中可能出現碎裂或散落，此為正常現象，不影響食用品質及份量。IndiVeg 對運送過程造成之外觀損壞恕不負責，亦不接受以此為由之退換貨申請。
Some items (e.g. pastries, crackers, crispy snacks) are fragile by nature and may crack or crumble during shipping. This does not affect edibility or quantity and is considered normal. IndiVeg is not liable for cosmetic damage caused by transit and does not accept returns on this basis.
食品正常現象 / Normal Product Characteristics
以下為食品正常現象，不影響品質及安全性，恕不接受以此為由之退換貨：
- 糕點、餅乾類碎裂或散落
- 蔬菜乾、水果乾顏色深淺不均
- 天然食材因季節不同而產生輕微色差或外觀差異
- 豆類或穀物製品表面可能出現白色粉末（澱粉析出，屬正常現象）
- 梅乾、醃漬類表面可能出現結晶（鉱分析出，屬正常現象）
The following are normal characteristics and are not grounds for returns: crumbled pastries or crackers; colour variation in dried vegetables or fruits; slight appearance differences due to seasonal variation; white powder on bean or grain products (starch bloom, normal); crystallisation on preserved or pickled items (salt bloom, normal).
退款政策 / Refund Policy
訂閱禮盒為預付制，一經付款即確認訂單，恕不接受退款或取消。
以下情況恕不受理退換貨申請：
- 商品外觀碎裂或散落（屬正常運送現象）
- 個人口味偏好
- 晾置未將食導致腐壞
- 未於收貨後 48 小時內提出申請
若商品於運送途中損壞或遺失，請於收貨後 48 小時內附上照片聯繫我們。
All subscription payments are final. Returns are not accepted for: cosmetic transit damage, personal taste preferences, spoilage due to delayed consumption, or claims made more than 48 hours after delivery. Damaged or lost items must be reported within 48 hours with photos.
運送說明 / Shipping
- 亞洲地區（香港、新加坡、日本等）：免運費 / Free shipping to Asia (HK, SG, JP, etc.)
- 英國、美國及其他地區：運費另計 / UK, US & other regions: shipping fees apply
- 出貨日期約每月固定，實際送達時間視目的地及海關處理而定
- 預計送達時間為 7–14 個工作日；適逢台灣或目的地郵寄旺季，建議倒留額外時間，敬請考慮
- IndiVeg 不對海關延誤、稅費或扣押負責
Shipping dates are fixed monthly. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days. During peak postal seasons in Taiwan or the destination country, additional delays may occur — please plan accordingly. IndiVeg is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or seizures.
